It's almost impossible to choose, every episode has such a brilliant script, and a wonderful acting! I adore the Daphne - Niles storyline, and i love the psychological and deep sense of some episode like "Frasier's edge".... but how can i forget about the absolutely brilliant farces? This show is one of the best of television ever
Frasier has it's magic. It's my escape from reality. Looking at the list, may seem partial to Niles, but these are the episodes which really stood out to me. The list is in random order.
I'm going to enumerate the scenes that I still burst out laughing no matter how many times I've seen them.
1. Room service- Just the idea of Niles and Lilith. Exact scene: when they were actually in the room ordering eggs benedict and other egg.
2. Flour child- Niles taking the idea from Frasier literally and bringing the flour child to Frasier's the first time.
3. My coffee with Niles. Frasier addressing Niles feelings for Daphne for the first time. Not to mention the way this show was written was absolutely brilliant. The waiter asking Frasier, "are you happy now." And Frasier's answer reflecting to what Niles asked him earlier in the ep, just plain brilliant.
4. Motor skills- Crane boys looking down at manly chores is just their excuse for not having the capability to do such. I like the scenes where they decided to quit the class but after finding out that Martin and Daphne were extremely proud of them, the boys decided they'd just rebel in the class.
5. Moon dance- The whole episode was cute and romantic. It brings out the gushing teen in me. To end it in a dissappointment just gives me the yearning to see them in upcoming eps.
6. Chess Pains- I love Niles with Girl, his dog. It being a canine version of Maris. Also the scene where Frasier knocks in Martin's room apologizing for beating him in the game.
7. Crock Tales- Though the flashbacks were not that consistent, I can see the effort though, still a great ep. David Hyde Pierce going back to his nasaly uptight manner of speaking. Niles and Roz with their original conflicting character.
8. Rooms with a view- This ep just hits a spot.
9. Good Grief- Amazing how this ep gives us a preview of the dark labyrinth of grief.
10. The last time- Martin being given the list of stores Maris has been and none of it being a restaurant. Then Niles in great relief "She's alive". Pure Hilarious. Also Frasier realizing that Niles just alarming them after the last time that he saw Maris was 3 days ago. And Niles explaining that being greeted by the usual cold, silence, he assumed everything was just status quo.
1. FUN!, accidents will happen, 3, Poop! Hell, damn!, 4. veneer!, 5. And by the way, Stinky needs a ride., 6. have a nice trip!, 7. I thought it was the Mary Jane talking, 8. As defined by the treaty., 9. I am a BAD driver!, 10. Oh all right, but he'll probably just kvetch at me and frankly I don't need that tsuris.
1) Door Jam - it's hilarious when Frasier and Niles sneak through the "diamond" door, only to end up next to the garbage cans, where they belong; 2) Star Mitzvah - I die laughing every time I see Frasier speaking Klingon instead of Hebrew at his son's bar mitzvah; 3) High Holidays - a stoned Martin Crane thinking that Eddie can talk --"Oh, suit yourself, Eddie." 4) The Doctor is Out - the lovelorn Patrick Stewart cracks me up in this one: "My poor, dear, patient Frasier."; 5) Room Full of Heroes - Niles doing his Martin Crane impression while Frasier seethes with jealousy is, well, funny. Plus, I like that the neighbor kids are afraid of "Old Man Crane," 'cause he'll eat your brain; 6) Out with Dad - Martin to Frasier: "Okay, I'll gay it up a bit."; 7) A Tsar is Born - Any time Fraiser's and Niles' shallowness bites them in the arse, it's good entertainment; 8) The Three Faces of Frasier - The entire episode is funny, but I especially love it when Frasier says: "I look like a refugee from Easter Island." Pure comedy; 9) The Anne Who Came to Dinner - Whether she's playing the androgynous Pat on SNL or Ann Hodges, Frasier's blind date/temporary roomie, Julia Sweeney is hilarious, Also enjoy how she irritates the entire household with her rendition of "Froggy Went a Courtin" on the trumpet; 10) Voyage of the Damned - The has-been, Latin lounge singer who says to Roz: "Perhaps one night chou will be my especial lady." is just too funny. I'm laughing as I type this.
